The Health, Safety & Risk Directorate are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to support the Director of Health, Safety & Risk and the Director of Health & Safety Operations.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Directors including diary management and arranging events and meetings as well as assist the wider team with the efficient and effective delivery of specific tasks or projects where necessary. 

You must have previous experience within an executive assistant role, have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing a busy workload.  

Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service. 

This post is offered on a part time, permanent basis at 0.5 FTE, and there is some flexibility on the days and times.
