The London Institute of Medical Sciences (LMS) is preparing to transition a large part of the institute’s activity to a new building in 2022, and we’re looking for an organized and motivated manager to become the main point of contact for the laboratory transition programme within LMS, providing advice and guidance, coordinating activities and motivating users to play their part in the overall move project.

You will be responsible for organizing and enabling the work to be undertaken in preparation for the move, provide the key interface between the move contractors / move planners and the LMS users, and be a key point of contact for the Construction team. Once the physical transition into the new building has been completed you will continue to liaise with building users and assist the Head of Operations and Head of Laboratory Management to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.

Experience of working on a similar project or complex operational transition programme are desirable.
