An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong people and process manager to lead the cross-faculty Programme Administration team within Registry & Student Administration. The team is responsible for all administrative processes associated with a student's academic programme of study from the point of enrolment through to graduation, supporting academic staff and acting as a focal point for communication.
Registry & Student Administration forms part of the Directorate of Student, Academic and Information Services and provides a comprehensive, innovative and customer-focused service to students, staff, external partners and other stakeholders. Through efficient, consistent and standardised policies and procedures, delivered by professional and empowered staff and underpinned by appropriate governance and accountability, we enhance collaborative working and communication. By providing technology-enabled, integrated and accessible support that is agile and adaptable, we enable the development of Student, Academic and Information Services thus supporting the delivery of the University of Bradford Corporate Strategy and enhancing the University's reputation for excellence and inclusivity.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing teams, working with multiple stakeholders and overseeing complex procedures and processes. They will have the ability to interpret complex regulation and policy and implement cross-system processes that are compliant, efficient and student focused. A strong commitment to student-centric customer service is essential.
