In this role you will work as part of a School administrative team providing a professional and customer focussed administrative service, with an initial primary focus on support and compliance for international students. You will act as first point of contact for customers to the School and cover reception as required. You will also maintain and process records (paper and electronic) and produce data reports whilst contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will be expected to work collaboratively and flexibly across all areas of the School.
If you have GCSE/ ‘O’ levels in English Language and Maths (or equivalent qualifications), recent knowledge and experience of office and administrative processes and of management information systems we are keen to hear from you. You will also have good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office applications, and can communicate well with an ability to plan and organise your own workload and adapt to change.
