Trinity College is looking to recruit an Undergraduate Admissions Officer and Chapel Administrator. The person appointed will provide administrative support in two crucial areas of the College's operations: the admission of undergraduate students, and the life of the College Chapel. The Undergraduate Admissions Officer and Chapel Administrator works closely with the administrative team in the Academic Office, and with the Chaplain, Senior Tutor and other Fellows of the College.
This is a varied, busy role, requiring a high level of attention to accuracy and detail, excellent written and spoken English, and very good inter-personal skills. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, highly organised person, with a strong sense of confidentiality. Applicants should be educated to first-degree level (or have equivalent experience). Experience of studying or working at a collegiate University, and some familiarity with the Oxford undergraduate admissions process are desirable.
Application and interview procedure:
Please send an electronic copy of each of the following to the Academic Administrator (email@example.com) by 12 noon (UK time) Monday 8th November 2021.
Trinity College is committed to Equal Opportunities and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. We therefore ask that all applicants complete and return the equal opportunities monitoring form to the Academic Administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org) as part of the selection process.
Interviews will be held later in November 2021.
