You will have experience of developing and delivering digital and traditional interventions supporting the development of student skills in a university setting. You will work in a small team focussed on supporting the development of the Warwick Core Skills for a stand-alone, centrally delivered Warwick Core Skills Award as well as working with academic departments to embed skills development activity in academic curricula. You will have good insight into academic partnership working and the student experience, the ability to command the respect of academic colleagues and the ability to deliver interventions contributing to student success and strong graduate outcomes.

In addition to supporting the centrally delivered Warwick Core Skills Award, the successful candidate will support the development of students within the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine. A first degree or equivalent experience in a STEM or medical discipline is highly desirable.
