The Lincoln Academy of Learning and Teaching (LALT) provides academic development, recognition and support to all staff who teach at Lincoln. We have recently restructured the scheme and the post holder for this role will be taking on a well-organised programme of activity.

The role would particularly suit someone who has experience of delivering staff development or CPD. If you are successful, you will lead on HEA recognition through the programme, supported by an excellent administration team. You will be joining a highly experienced department delivering staff development across the organisation. You must currently hold a minimum of Fellow with the HEA (D2) and have a thorough understanding of the UKPSF.  You will be expected to deliver staff training, lead progression panels, attend national training events and support the Academic Professional Apprenticeship when required. The role is a part-time position at (0.5 FTE), therefore this role would particularly suit an individual looking for flexibility in their career.

Please refer to UK Visas and Immigration for further information and to consider your eligibility requirements to work in the UK prior to your application.
