Applications are welcomed for an Executive Assistant to provide high level PA support to Prof David Aanensen and CGPS senior management team.

As Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of the CGPS team with responsibility for delivering and supporting on all aspects of programme administration across the group and its projects. Working within a busy team environment you will provide high quality and proactive administrative support to the group to facilitate the smooth running of the team’s daily operations. You will be highly adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks and possess the ability to work flexibly across different projects and wider programme activities.

You will have substantial experience of acting as an executive assistant or senior personal assistant in a large complex organisation and excellent skills in office IT systems, including email, the internet, and MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including expertise in using IT and software to support remote working with ability to adapt to new and changing office technologies is essential. You will also have excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills, including experience in communicating effectively in person, on the phone, and via email with a wide range of people including external stakeholders.
