Worcester Business School is looking to expand its academic teaching and research staff base. This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague to join Worcester Business School’s Department of Management and Finance and to help us deliver excellent teaching to support Business undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a particular focus on Management and Leadership, Operations Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Project Management and Research Methods. The post holder will contribute significantly to teaching on our suite of thriving Masters courses and supervise post graduate and undergraduate dissertations. The successful candidate will inspire students and work collegiately to contribute to the School’s aspiration to develop professionals in ethical and sustainable Business and enable graduate work readiness.
You will need to have appropriate qualifications and contemporary knowledge in at least one of the areas outlined above. Experience of delivering successful teaching in Higher Education or evidence of high-quality presentation skills and experience of developing professionals is a must. A successful Lecturer candidate will need to hold an appropriate doctoral qualification, or be close to completing a doctoral qualification, and will join our expanding research community, so evidence of undertaking and disseminating research is essential.
