We are looking to expand our team and looking for a full time Senior Administrator to provide high level administration to the Competence Test Centre (CTC), as part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) overseas competency programme. This senior administrator post demands a highly motivated and socially skilled individual to manage the organisation and set up of the testing centre; including scheduling of candidates and approximate communication pathways.
We are looking for somebody who can manage the full CTC candidate journey ensuring the strong liaison links between the NMC to ensure candidate data is obtained and processed in a secure, timely structured manner and to interpret and records the eligibility of candidate.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, shared mailboxes and being able to work to tight KPIs.
The candidate must be able to work with a bespoke automated booking system and be able to quickly understand database management.
100% accuracy in their work is essential.
The candidate must be a team player and used to working in a busy office environment.
The Competence Test Centre is part of the Faculty of Health, Education and Society.
We offer tests of competence which measures candidates against the current UK pre-registration standards for nursing and midwifery.
The distinct fields of practice tested includes: Adult, Child, Learning disabilities, Mental health, Midwifery and Nursing Associates. Our test centre (CTC) is expanding its facilities, and will have the capacity to test over 40 candidates per day.
