You will be involved in a number of management duties including:
To succeed in the role, you will need to demonstrate skills including management of technical experts, management of large IT projects and budgets as well as a thorough understanding of the application of technology in a Higher Education context.
As a member of the Learning Technologies & Innovation division of Information Services, you will be part of a management team that overseas much of the technology provision which aids the student experience at the university. This includes our Modern Spaces group, which oversees the development of learning spaces across the university, and the Central Media Services team which provides profession media support and production facilities. Working closely with the Assistant Director of Learning Technologies & Innovation, you will help shape the future of the student digital experience and the platforms that underpin it.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid role, both working remotely and on-campus where activities require. You will be based on our Moulsecoomb campus in Brighton.
