We are seeking to develop our Institutional Planning & Governance Directorate and this exceptional role is offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and challenge at all levels, whilst building robust relationships across the academic and professional services staff.
Reporting to the Director of Institutional Planning and Policy, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the university’s planning and performance cycle, manage a team of administrators and the central administration function of the university, and help coordinate the institutional risk management framework.
Your communication and collaboration skills will be well utilised, as you will be working with a diverse group of departments to coordinate the provision of information and reporting that is relevant to the planning and performance cycle, the delivery of the strategic and operational plans across the University.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for overseeing the support, coordination and administration for operational and strategic meetings structures across the institution as well as leading on the development of end-to-end administrative processes that will help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our core administrative services.
