An exciting opportunity has arisen for a University Teaching Associate to join our highly multidisciplinary community of academics, researchers, and teachers to support Undergraduate Teaching in the School of Biosciences. Reporting to the Director of Teaching and with support from the school mentoring scheme, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering practicals, delivering lectures, supervising level 1 and 2 tutorial groups, developing and supporting projects, and supervising level 3 literature reviews.
Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience) along with demonstrable experience in teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. The ability to teach a range of bioscience and/or biomedical science subjects is also essential.
