If so, you may be interested in working for Pembrokeshire College as an Assessor.  We currently looking for Assessors within the following specialist areas:

  • Plumbing

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to commencing work (this is to be paid for by the individual at a cost of £40).

We will provide all the training and support you need to become a fully qualified assessor and expert in the latest qualifications and assessment methods.  Our competitive pay rates mean that once you have achieved fully qualified Assessor status you can attract a salary up to the top of the Assessor pay scale which is currently £29,295 pro rata (annual April pay award pending).

The nature of the role means that you are able to work flexibly from home but will also meet regularly with employers and apprentices and their fellow team members in college and in the workplace.

With effect from 1st April 2017 all Workbased Learning Practitioners in Wales are required to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), prior to commencing employment (this is to be paid for by the individual at a cost of £45).
