Six month fixed term contract
The MRC, Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) is a world-class research laboratory, dedicated to understanding important biological processes at the molecular level, with the goal of using this knowledge to tackle major problems in human health and disease. The LMB has around 60 research groups and over 600 staff, students and visitors engaged full time in research.

The EDI Project Manager is key to this aim by promoting, supporting and developing our EDI approach across our people practices.
You will review our people practices to identify areas for improvement from an EDI perspective. You will develop an EDI strategy and action plans that implement EDI best practices. An advocate for change, you have the ability to influence the status quo and stimulate others to embrace EDI, making a positive impact on the culture of the LMB. To be a success in this exciting position you must have good knowledge of EDI best practice and a track record of designing and implementing an EDI strategy.
