Description

The School of Education invites applications from prospective postgraduate researchers who wish to commence study for a PhD in the academic year 2022-2023 for the School of Education Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Education and Social Justice.

The award is open to full-time candidates who have been offered a place on a PhD degree at the School of Education. We especially welcome applications that connect to the School's core research areas of language education; inclusion, childhood and youth; digital education; curriculum, pedagogy and policy.

The value of the award is equivalent to the cost of tuition fees for 2022-2023 plus an UKRI equivalent annual maintenance stipend.

The School of Education is an intellectually rich and stimulating environment for postgraduate research. Funding details

We are offering one full-time PHD scholarship for one international candidate, covering a maintenance grant at the standard UKRI rate and international tuition fees for three years, subject to satisfactory progress.
