Join our award-winning Student and Course Support team here in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing, and you will play a huge part in supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students. This varied and challenging role will see you contributing to the enhancement of the student experience, the organisation and delivery of courses and other academic projects. You will lead and manage a large team comprising of wide-ranging roles and you will also work with central University departments and external partners and stakeholders.
A confident self-starter, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team, you will have strong management and leadership skills. You will also have experience of providing advice, ideally within a higher education environment. A degree or professional qualification would also be desirable.
You will be able to influence peers and senior staff across the University and externally and you will have the presentation skills to explain complex and detailed information clearly and logically to staff at all levels of the organisation. This will be matched by the ability to produce, analyse and interpret complex and ambiguous data. Above all, you will have a flair for prioritising your workload to ensure that organisational objectives are met and the team works within the University strategy and academic regulations.

This is a full time, fixed term position until 30 January 2024 with a starting salary of £34,809 per annum.
