If so, this new opportunity within the Student Learning Advisory Service (SLAS) could be a great next step in your career.

You will contribute to an excellent student experience, and the delivery of SLAS strategies, by ensuring the smooth running of all programmes, procedures and services, as well as managing enquiries and providing information via the website and marketing materials.

As Programmes Coordinator (SLAS) you will:
• provide highly effective administrative support to all programmes and initiatives across SLAS ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with University regulation;
• take a proactive role in developing and enhancing the administrative processes and systems in line with changes to systems, ways of working and codes of practices;
• ensure student records and programmes databases are accurate and up to date, in line with University policy and GDPR regulations, including the provision of reports.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• experience of providing highly effective administrative support for taught programmes and/or initiatives;
• excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages (intermediate level), and experience of using spreadsheets and databases on a regular basis;
• experience of using initiative to problem solve or improve process efficiency within an educational administrative context.

SLAS is part of the Education Directorate which provides a range of services for staff and students that promote a high-quality learning experience at Kent.
