Fixed Term - 16 Months

We have a fixed term vacancy in the Learning Technology Support Team. Our team provides a high standard of learning Technology support which includes supporting the use of Moodle, ePAD, InPlace placement management system, Turnitin, Panopto, MS Teams and other technologies as required.  The team is dedicated to delivering high quality technical support to staff, maintaining records and developing support materials.   Successful applicants will be based on the Avery Hill Campus

Your profile    

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills.  You can quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues. You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work to achieve objectives. Experience in the use of learning technologies is not essential as training will be provided. However, you will require strong IT skills and willing to engage with evolving technologies and skills.  You would be required to multi-task, having several projects on the go at any one time. Comfortable with rapid change, you are happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives. 

We are looking for someone with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation. Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and an eye for detail.
