In this role you will provide support to the Executive Support Officer and UET members. The post holder will be responsible for diary management of two of the University Executive Team Members. You will also be assisting in meeting preparation and administration.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish professional and credible relations with stakeholders, staff, students and external contacts. You will also need excellent organisational and planning skills in order to provide an efficient support for the UET.
