Within the hugely successful University of Exeter Sports Office a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sport professional to join our team of Duty Managers.

We have full time, permanent and fixed term positions available immediately.

The position will involve working across the Sports Office’s 3 sites, St Lukes Sports Centre, Sports Park and Cornwall House Swimming Pool on a rota basis including weekends and evenings.

Experience of working in a similar environment and dealing with a varied cross-section of customers is essential along with an awareness of health and safety issues. NPLQ and Pool Plant qualification will be essential or a willingness to undertake ASAP.

A supportive, proactive approach with a desire to succeed is of equal importance.

You will be responsible for managing a team of recreation assistants and part time staff to ensure the smooth, safe operation of all 3 sites and for delivering high standards of service across all facilities.
