An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Associate with a passion for qualitative research to drive the preparation of the Healthy Lifespan Institute’s impact strategy following consultation with key stakeholders in health, social care, industry and third sector to improve the health of older people.
You will have a social science or public health PhD with experience of conducting qualitative research and analysis. Experience of research in the health sector would be an advantage. You will be part of a thriving multidisciplinary environment at the Healthy Lifespan Institute, and will work closely with its Co-Directors based in the departments of Oncology and Metabolism and Sociological studies. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in the production of strategic documents, aligned with national and local priorities, and to contribute significantly to the mission of the Institute..
