Summary of the role/position
Event Exeter is responsible for delivering over £4M worth of commercial events annually by proactively targeting the business events and leisure tourism market.
During vacation time, the University’s Streatham Campus is the largest seasonal residential hotel in the South West and is capable of hosting international residential conferences for up to 1500+ delegates.
You will assist the team reach these targets by proactively selling the facilities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty, responding to customer enquiries and through selling the facilities and services, whilst following the sales process.
You will also assist in handling all incoming calls, forwarding to relevant call handler
