We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Studentship Administrator to join our busy Tutorial department, providing administrative support in our Graduate Office. Key responsibilities will include managing the administrative processes related to the selection of candidates for College postgraduate studentships and bursaries, providing advice to prospective postgraduate students in respect of funding opportunities, maintaining graduate funding webpages, handling enquiries, providing support for annual studentships and bursary funding competitions and acting as Secretary for the Graduate Studentship Committee.

Applicants must have experience of working within a higher education environment and familiarity with finance or funding. A high level of IT proficiency is required, particularly with Excel, together with experience of handling databases. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail are required.  You should enjoy working in a busy, team environment and be able to respond swiftly to queries from around the world.

This is a part-time position normally worked over three full time days (21.75 hours per week). An alternative working pattern of the 21.75 hours, however, will be considered for suitable candidates. If this applies to you please give information on your preferred working schedule with your application. There will be a requirement to work additional hours over 4 days per week around the period of the three key Committees, reducing to 2 days for some weeks during less busy times (typically in Michaelmas Term).

Salary is £14,731 pa for 21.75 hours (FTE £24,552 pa) plus other benefits.
