The Executive Director, Advancement and External Relations is a newly created role that will build on our impressive performance to date and lead the design and development of the Campaign for Hull and the University’s centenary celebrations in 2027. At the same time, building on and developing the University’s civic and public engagement will be a complementary part of the role.
The successful Candidate may come from the higher education, not-for-profit or commercial sector and will have a track record of working with prospects and donors to secure gifts at the six-figure level and above.
You will also have significant experience of: leading philanthropic/income generation campaigns; achieving income targets; leading and managing teams; strategic and operational planning and performance management; resource and budget management.
In addition to a competitive salary, the person appointed will also be eligible for consideration in the annual professorial and senior salary review scheme, subject to qualifying criteria and performance’.
