Students are at the heart of our university strategy, and we have an ambition to continue to enhance the student experience both within and beyond the curriculum. Reporting to the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Student Experience, the Head of Strategic Change (Student Experience) will lead on project managing change initiatives to support student success.
The role will be accountable for driving strategic student experience projects across the entire student journey ensuring the physical, digital, social, and support infrastructures are optimised for students and staff. A key requirement of the role will be to evidence demonstrable experience of project and risk management in support of the wider cultural change of the university.
You will build, shape, and manage a range of strategic initiatives with the purpose of project managing innovation, change and student success. As directed by the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Student Experience and the Registrar and Chief Operating Officer the role will also lead strategic and operational change with professional service teams that impact the student journey.
The Head of Strategic Change (Student Experience) is a senior leadership role with a core focus on maximising project change to deliver an outstanding student experience. With students at the heart of the university, you will contribute to setting the strategic direction of the student experience and ensuring it is consistently operationalised across all modes of study.
