The role is responsible for the development and delivery of an ambitious strategic plan to ensure the quality, diversity, appeal and uptake of the University’s sport and well-being offer, and to lead and inspire a high-quality team (c190 staff), driving business success and innovation, applying resources for optimal impact, and mounting pro-active advocacy and stakeholder engagement, both inside and outside the University.
