We are now looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Bristol for a full-time, fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will provide analysis and evidence associated with our work on poverty, inequality and the leave no one behind agenda.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research on poverty and inequality around the world, your work will help us to further understand multidimensional poverty, intersectional inequalities and the root causes of exclusion.
You will also conceptualise research ideas, develop scoping papers for new research themes and turn data into evidence and actionable information that can be used by key partners and audiences.
Additionally, you will:
- Interpret data and provide narrative content to communicate findings and messages
- Support our engagement and communications work
- Contribute to the maintenance of data management systems
About You
To be considered as a Senior Analyst, you will need:
- A minimum of five years’ experience of analysis on relevant issues for the role
- Experience of inequality analysis, including vertical, horizontal and intersectional
- Evidenced skills in conducting systematic literature reviews on technical content
- Expertise in poverty and inequality research and analysis
- Strong understanding of quantitative research techniques
- Advanced knowledge of software used to manage and analyse data
- Strong analytical and writing skills
