Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences
This full-time, visiting professorship post is available from 2 January 2023 on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2023 in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.
The role
The College wishes to appoint one visiting Al-Qasimi Professor in Islamic Studies. You will have an established international reputation in the field of Islamic Studies, a defined programme of research for their time as a member of the Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies and will contribute to the activities of the Centre for the Study of Islam within the Institute.
We are looking for a leading international figure with the ability to attract world-class academics to their research groups. Applicants will be innovative researchers with a strong track record of research funding and international quality publications.
