Finance Research Professor

• Finance 

Full-time position, research is highly valued and strongly supported through access to internal and external research funds, and a collaborative, research-oriented environment. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Successful candidates is expected to take a leadership role in their area of expertise, developing and teaching graduate level courses, conducting high quality research leading to publications in top academic journals, and actively participating in the life of the school.

Requirements for a graduate level position:

• PhD in Finance, Economics or Management related field from an AACSB accredited doctoral program with emphasis in any of the above listed areas.
• A research portfolio in the areas of fintech, blockchain, financial inclusion and digital finance.
• Experience in the financial industry is also desirable.
• Publications in refereed journals and a well-developed research agenda.
• Commitment to high quality teaching as evidenced by student evaluations.
• Professional work experience in business related to discipline is desirable.
• Use of experiential learning techniques.
• International professional experience or international education
• Evidence of intellectual vitality, expressed in quality publications or consulting experience or educational innovation.
• If applying for a research-oriented position: publications in refereed journals and a well-developed research agenda with the potential for sustained publications in high quality journals.
