The School of Chemistry is seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual as a Senior Analytical Service Technician. The post holder will be responsible for the operation of a wide range of analytical instruments (e.g. Mass Spectrometers (MS), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance instruments (NMR), HPLC and GC equipment) and will be expected to apply theoretical and practical knowledge in the use of such instrumentation to deliver an efficient and highly effective analytical service to academic staff and research students based within the School. The successful candidate will be an effective team player and be able to adapt to a broad range of duties and challenges.
