As a Project Officer, you will work within the Business Resilience and Transformation Office on strategic transformation projects that impact Coventry University Group within the UK and internationally.
Coventry University are looking for a Project Officer working full time, on a 2 years fixed term contract, based at their Coventry Campus and incorporate agile working both on-site and location independent working.
The Business Resilience and Transformation Office (BRT) is a key professional service delivering professional, dedicated project management capability and assurance to support effective and efficient project delivery across the business. Are you an aspiring project manager looking for a challenging and supportive Project Officer role and can join our expanding team to develop your project management skills?
You will work closely with colleagues from across the business and Project Sponsors from our senior management team. It is anticipated that you will be providing project support to projects across the teaching and learning activities, so an understanding of higher education curriculum, co-curricular and extra-curricular provision would be highly beneficial.
As a Project Officer, they will expect you to have a degree or equivalent experience and it would be beneficial to have recognised project management training or qualifications, with experience in supporting complex business transformation projects.
In addition, you will need the capability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders; produce project management documentation and reports; be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
You will be a self-motivated individual, also able to work as part of a team, and will have a good communication skills.
