We are seeking to recruit an experienced Inclusion Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract to work at our Epsom campus.
UCA remains committed to continuous development and enhancement of our teaching, learning, research and assessment practices to be totally inclusive, enabling all students to be fully engaged and immersed in their learning experiences.
We are seeking applications for an enthusiastic and committed Inclusion Assistant to join our busy team to work with disabled students to help them access their learning.
You will work with a wide range of disabled students providing learning support designed to promote accessible strategies and solutions to students across a range of areas including generic pastoral, learning, communication, wellbeing and behavioural support.
You will have appropriate, significant and relevant disabled student support experience and/or relevant professional qualification/Level 6 in an appropriate subject. You will be passionate about supporting disable students to engage with identified learning strategies and study skills in one-to-one and group settings.
The actual salary for this position will be £8,990 - £10,111 per annum.
