We are recruiting a Modern Apprentice to join our Global Room Team here in Dundee. This is a fixed-term appointment for 2 years on a work-based training programme that leads to an industry approved qualification. Training is mostly on-the-job, which means Modern Apprentices learn the right mix of skills, knowledge and abilities. It is intended that the successful candidate would achieve SVQ Business and Administration Level 2 or 3 within the two year period.
The ideal candidate will help us create a warm and friendly welcome for all our students, staff and visitors as well as provide administrative support to the Enquiry Hub Events Co-ordinator and other members of the Student Services team who run drop-in sessions at the Global Room.
Due to the funding available for the qualification associated the successful applicant must meet the Modern Apprentice funding age guidelines.
