We are looking for a senior postdoctoral researcher to join the Immunoinformatics section of the Oxford Protein Informatics Group ( http://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/). This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading groups in the development of novel methods in the analysis and design of antibodies/nanobodies and TCRs. In the area of immunoinformatics the Oxford Protein Informatics Group has developed a large number of world-leading computational methods. These tools are open source and freely available to all users, academic and commercial. The post-holder will become part of this team.
We need you to either hold a Ph.D/D.Phil with significant post-qualification research experience in computational chemistry, structural biology/bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning, computer science or mathematics or other relevant area (grade 8) or have submitted for final examination or close to submission (grade 7). You will have programming experience in machine learning. Your track record will include applying computational methodology to complex problems.
