We have an exciting opportunity to join the Estate Services Department as a Shared Services Finance & Administration assistant within Shared FM Services.

About the Role
As a Shared Services Finance & Administration assistant, you will work within our FM Helpdesk team performing key financial tasks. You will report to the FM Helpdesk Manager, and be responsible for carrying all financial recharging for University-wide services and all financial tasks for the Shared FM Services within Estates Services.
The basic week is 36.5 hours with the hours of work being 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday with flexibility being available on start and finish times as well as flexibility on working remotely.
To be successful in this varied and interesting role, you will need to be someone who enjoys working in a critical role, enjoy process improvement whilst also ensuring what you deliver tasks to fixed timeline.
You will have great analytical skills, and be confident in the ability to manipulate large data sets and identify errors. You will also have a positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work, and be comfortable when priorities suddenly need to change.
You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.
