The LSE’s Department of Management is seeking a highly committed and motivated Programme Administrator to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support to staff and students on the Global MSc in Management (GMiM) degree programme. The GMiM is a 24-month programme, in the second year of the programme students participate in either the CEMS double degree; an MBA exchange term at a partner school; or remain at LSE to specialise in a suite of elective courses. Additionally, the programme hosts between 100-120 incoming exchange students from over 40 partner universities each year. This role will involve you working closely with staff, students, and faculty, in a fast paced and dynamic work environment on the GMiM core programme.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a focal point of contact for students and applicant enquiries, supporting the orientation processes, and planning and organising a range of student activities and committees. You will assist in the co-ordination of MSc examinations, assessment processes and exam boards. You will manage the daily delivery of courses, help to edit online learning resources and provide pastoral support to students.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join a busy and friendly team. 

You should possess relevant administrative experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative as well as within a team and sound IT skills. Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is essential.
