We’re looking for an innovative and creative individual to work within our busy in-house agency. The Creative Team produce engaging and award-winning recruitment campaigns and promote the University brand, across a range of channels. You’ll work with internal ‘clients’ at the University, as well as external stakeholders and agencies, to deliver an engaging student recruitment programme. We’re a collaborative team so an inclusive approach to your work is a must.

We deliver high-quality and original ideas across print, digital, social media and outdoor. High levels of creativity are essential to the role, as well as exceptional design skills. This role is a hybrid between Designer and Creative Officer. We’re looking for someone who can lead on innovative designs, as well as support the team with copywriting, art direction and some account management.

You’ll work on each project from conception to delivery, sometimes collaborating with a Creative Officer, or sometimes solo. The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at once is essential. You’ll also be fully versed in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

You’ll have experience working to creative briefs, producing strong visual concepts and translating ideas into design, to a high standard across digital and print. You’ll also be confident preparing creative pitches, copywriting and researching.

If you’re a good-humoured creative with the necessary skills, then we’d love to hear from you.
