The key duties of the post holder will be to manage the development of Higher-Level Accountancy Apprenticeship Provision alongside teaching and delivery of Professional, undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes across the IOM including the academic and personal support of students. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the student recruitment and admissioins of programmes in the Institute of Management.

ACCA registration is an essential requirement for the accounting role alongside a first degree. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary Business and Practice experience for the accounting role. 

The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Accounting and Business/Management Education as well as being able to facilitate the creation andmaintenance of a range of links between courses and the Accounting and Business sectors.
