We are looking for a Solution Architect and Technical Lead to join our new People & Money Service.
The University has recently launched the third and final phase of our Oracle Fusion based People and Money System which underpins our HR, Finance, Procurement and Payroll services and processes.
We are now establishing a team to support and evolve the People and Money Systems and the business processes it enables.
Our Solution Architect will have a rich technical/functional knowledge of Oracle products. Able to advise senior leaders and direct team members on how to gain greatest value from Oracle capabilities. They will be highly effective in bridging technical and business domains.
The Solution Architect will provide architectural guidance to the People & Money Service on all aspects of the implemented oracle products and ensure that an integrated approach is taken to design and implementation which enables success and manages risk across all functional areas of the service – HR, Payroll, Procurement and Finance.
The Solution Architect will be eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches, ensure deployment readiness for each functional area, assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate efficiently and professionally. The Solution architect will lead the technical teams of the People and Money Service overseeing the reporting and systems administration teams and the Environment Manager. They will work closely with colleagues in the wider Information Services organisation in the University including the Integration and Enterprise Architects.
