The Adam Smith Business School, ranked as the top performing Business/Management School in Scotland in REF 2021, is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Human Resource Management (Research & Teaching Track). The Adam Smith Business School is triple accredited, research-informed and professionally-focused. You will make a substantial and positive contribution to the strategic direction of the School/College within Human Resource Management, through: Leading and contributing to research of international standard; securing research funding; providing high quality teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level; and providing academic leadership and management within the School/College. Additionally, you will actively engage in relationships with external stakeholders that advance knowledge exchange, public understanding, and outreach.

We welcome applications from candidates with a Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 12 (PhD) in Human Resource Management, work psychology or an allayed area, or equivalent professional/teaching experience. We are particularly interested in candidates with a socially engaged perspective, especially where related to people’s development, potential and skills.

This position is full time and open ended.
