The Faculty of Science and Engineering is seeking to appoint motivated individuals to enhance the learning and teaching within Virtual Reality applied to General Engineering. We are looking for applicants with interest in and experience of innovative teaching methods, who can contribute to the development and delivery of modern curriculum, who care about the student experience; and who are able to support the administrative part of teaching in an efficient manner.
The main purpose of the post is to support the Virtual Reality MSc. In addition, the teaching tutor will aid the teaching team with the delivery and assessment of on-site laboratory modules using virtual and augmented reality for undergraduate degrees. This post is part of Faculty’s commitment to the development of a rich learning environment for the students.

A degree or equivalent in Virtual Reality, Computing, Games or any other relevant field, as is the ability to teach and supervise students successfully, proven development of Enterprise Virtual App. and advanced knowledge of Oculus Quest development, Unity and C#. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable.
