About the role
The Research Fellow will be working as part of the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship entitled “Revolutionising Online Safety: Tackling Technology-Facilitated Abuse to Protect Victims and Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence”. They will be associated with the “Gender and Tech” research group at UCL Computer Science.
The position involves undertaking data collection and analysis as part of the above-mentioned UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship (specifically: tech abuse perpetration and victimisation pathways) and collaborating with the line manager and other team members on the writing of academic outputs.
This post will be funded for 30 months in the first instance as of (1st May 2023)
Appointment at Grade 7 is dependent upon having been awarded a PhD; if this is not the case, initial appointment will be at Research Assistant Grade 6B (salary £34,502- £36,348 per annum inclusive of London Allowance) with payment at Grade 7 being backdated to the date of final submission of the PhD thesis.
