We’re looking for an efficient and friendly office manager to look after the Marketing, Recruitment & External Relations team at the University of Salford.
This is a permanent role within a fast-paced and diverse team who are at the heart of many University activities.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of office management and for ensuring support to the senior leadership team. This is a really varied role that includes working across the university on issues such as Business Continuity and Health & Safety whilst supporting key activities including graduation and recruitment events. As part of an office support team of three, you’ll also assist with day-to-day administration of tasks that include holidays, finance processing and office maintenance.
You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills, a warm and friendly approach and a willingness to flex depending on the task at hand.
