Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Communication (CCS) Administrator within the Education Division team based in the School of Clinical Medicine on the Addenbrooke's Hospital site. This is a varied and interesting post that requires the successful candidate to be flexible as well as a committed member of a friendly and well-organised team. The post supports the administration of the Clinical Communication Skills team with all aspects of the delivery of its programme.
The CCS Administrator will work closely with the other team's CCS Administrator CCS Administrative Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the CCS Curriculum while maintaining the quality of the support provided to the students and facilitators alike. The role holder will also assist the Preparing for Patients Administrator with the administration of PfPD, one of the four Clinical Communication Skills modules undertaken by preclinical students. The Clinical Communication Assistant will also be pivotal in assisting the Senior CCS Tutors to monitor the quality of the teaching delivered, as well as keeping track of the students' progress.
The post holder will work closely with simulated patients, senior academics, clinical and administrative staff throughout the Clinical School.
