We have an exciting opportunity at the University Health Service for someone with a passion for customer service, looking to use their skills in patient care to help support students at the University of Sheffield.
The University Health Service is one of only two NHS practices in the U.K. to be fully integrated into a University. Our patient population of c40,000 is made up of students of the University of Sheffield, with approximately 45% of patients from International communities, and a small number of dependants.
Located in a bright and airy purpose-built building situated on campus, we are proud to provide a tailored service to our patients, and are committed to providing high quality care.
We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionists to join us. You will have previous experience working in a customer service role and preferably experience of working in a primary care/general practice setting. You will be a key part of the practice reception team and assist with the smooth running of the Practice. Duties include:
