Working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Office working in particular with the wider administrative team to ensure a good level of customer service for students, academic and professional staff in St Andrews, and with partner institutions.
You will be a point of contact for student queries and will have responsibility for processes including student nomination, application and assessment for study abroad, as well as for systems that support these processes. You will work in close partnership with colleagues in Registry and Admissions as well as with the International Education Institute, Student Services, and Accommodation Services to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality provision across the annual cycle of activity.
In particular, the successful role-holder will support the Inbound applicant and student journey and liaise with partner universities worldwide to support visiting student mobility both during semester and to our summer programmes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of nominations, applications and enquiries and maintaining the Inbound FAQs.
Further information and informal enquiries may be directed to the Student Mobility Officer (Inbound), Tobias Wolf, Tel: 01334 462787.
