The role
The School of Economics at the University of Bristol is seeking to fill one Professorial vacancy in Econometrics.
We are looking to appoint a Professor who will contribute to our strong economics research profile, and who will show a commitment to excellence in teaching and to contributing to the research culture in the School and beyond.
The salary will be competitive and the University currently operates a Recruitment and Retention (i.e. market supplement) policy.
What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will be engaged in research, teaching, and administration.
You should apply if
you are an established researcher with proven research leadership, an impressive publication record and an innovative research agenda. Success in gaining external funding is also expected. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses aptitude and relevant experience to teach with expertise and excellence at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
