Oxford Brookes University is recruiting a Head of Technical Development, a key role in a small team contributing to the production of accurate and timely statutory reporting for the University. This role will ensure that data structures and integrations between systems provide robust and quality-assured data to support statutory reporting, and the wider information needs of the University. This is a full time, permanent post.
As the Head of Technical Development, you will:

Manage the technical development of systems and processes that generate the HESA Data Futures return, predominantly using Alteryx;

Work with the team to design, construct, test, deploy and optimise a continuous quality improvement process and assurance checks for all student returns; and

Manage staff providing statutory reporting to the ESFA and ensure accurate and timely reporting of the ILR.
You should have:
-
Extensive experience in producing and quality assuring HESA and ILR returns;

Evidence of developing quality assurance solutions; and
-
Ideally, experience of Banner and Alteryx.
