Are you Interested in working for a world top 100 university? We have an exciting opportunity in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering for an experienced technician. You will work in a well-connected team with world-leading reputation and will provide comprehensive technical support in the Cements@Sheffield Research Centre and the Centre for Experimental Thermodynamics (CETUK), and occasionally to other departmental work activities. You will be tasked with ensuring that all laboratory activities and installed systems are maintained and legally compliant to meet Health and Safety and insurance requirements. The position is offered as a fixed term appointment, with an end date of 31 July 2025, and with a target start date of 1st of February 2023 (or as soon as possible thereafter). It is planned that interviews and other selection action will be held in January 2023 in Sheffield or remotely. Full details will be provided to invited candidates.
